Service Area
COR4edu is based in Miami, Florida. We serve clients throughout Florida and, for accreditation work and education technology projects, clients nationwide. Most engagements are conducted remotely with on-site visits as needed.
For Florida-specific regulatory work (CIE licensure, Board of Nursing, DBPR, DOEA), we enjoy working with Florida institutions. For ACCSC, ABHES, COE, and TRACS accreditation work, we work with institutions in all 50 states.
Out of state institutions are not a problem. Reach out to us!
What to Expect
Step 1: Your Outreach
Send a message through the form, email, or phone. Even a short note is fine — we'll follow up with the right questions.
Step 2: Initial Conversation (30 minutes)
A free call to understand your situation, your goals, and whether our services match what you need. We'll be honest if we're not the right fit and recommend other resources where we can.
Step 3: Scope and Proposal
If we're a good match, we'll send a written proposal outlining scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees. No long-term contracts — engagements are scoped phase by phase.
Step 4: Work Begins
We start when you're ready. Most engagements begin within 1–2 weeks of proposal acceptance, with urgent work (active probation responses, time-sensitive applications) accommodated faster.

Confidentiality
All conversations are confidential. We don't share client information or list institutions publicly without explicit permission. This is especially important for nursing program remediation, accreditation challenges, and any work involving sensitive regulatory status.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you charge for the initial consultation?
No. The first conversation is free and carries no obligation.
How fast can you start?
For urgent work — active probation responses, imminent application deadlines — we can typically start within a few days. For longer-horizon work, we schedule based on availability and your timeline.
Are your services available in Spanish?
Yes. Consultations, documents, training, and ongoing communication can be conducted in English, Spanish, or bilingually depending on your needs.
Do you work with schools outside Florida?
Yes for accreditation work, curriculum development, and technology projects. State licensure work is Florida-specific. See our Services page for the full breakdown.
