This Privacy Policy explains how COR4EDU LLC ("COR4edu," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information through our website, cor4edu.us. It applies to this website only. Work we perform for a client institution is governed by the agreement for that engagement.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you request a consultation through the form on our Contact page, we ask for:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number
  • Your school or organization name
  • The service you are interested in and how urgent your need is
  • A description of your situation
  • Your preferred language (English or Spanish)

Some of these fields are optional. When you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, your contact details, and the details of your request.

Information collected automatically

Our website is delivered by a hosting provider, Cloudflare, which automatically receives technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, your browser type, and the page you requested. This information is used to deliver the pages and to protect the site from abuse. Our website does not set advertising cookies and does not use analytics that follow you to other websites.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and schedule your complimentary consultation
  • Prepare a proposal if you ask for one
  • Provide our services if you engage us
  • Keep records of our business communications

We do not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.

How we share your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate, and only so they can do that work for us:

Confidentiality

What you tell us about your institution is confidential. We do not share client information or list institutions publicly without explicit permission.

Cookies and tracking

Our website does not set cookies. The consultation form, provided by Tally, stores a small amount of information in your browser as part of how the form operates; Tally's privacy policy describes its practices. Cloudflare may set a security cookie to screen out automated traffic, and states that it does not track users from site to site.

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because our website does not track visitors over time or across other websites, it does not respond differently to that signal. We do not use advertising or tracking services, and we do not allow other companies to use our website to collect information about your activities across other websites.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry information as long as we need it to respond to you, to provide services if you engage us, and to keep our business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time, as described below, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us by emailing ceo@cor4edu.com. We will confirm your request and respond promptly.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information: our website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and Tally encrypts form submissions in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

Our website is intended for school owners, administrators, and other professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Links to other websites

Our website links to other websites, such as LinkedIn and YouTube, which are governed by their own privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and change the effective date at the top.
